Collaboration & Drafts
Drafts
Section titled “Drafts”As soon as you make a change to a task template, Requence creates a draft. Drafts are stored on the server and persist across sessions — when you reopen the task template, the draft is restored automatically.
A draft remains active until you either apply or discard it.
Where Drafts Are Used
Section titled “Where Drafts Are Used”| Action | Uses Draft |
|---|---|
| Opening the task template in the canvas | ✓ |
| Quick task (play button on the canvas) | ✓ |
| Webhook execution | ✗ — uses the applied version |
| API execution | ✗ — uses the applied version |
This means you can safely experiment with changes in the canvas without affecting production.
Real-Time Collaboration
Section titled “Real-Time Collaboration”The task template canvas works like a shared room. When multiple users open the same task template on the same branch, they see each other’s changes live — including cursor positions. All collaborators share the same draft.
There is no need to manually sync or merge — every edit is visible to all participants in real time.
